The process
HOW DO YOU MAKE THE LIBRARY MAGNETS?
I sculpt the original design with clay before taking a mold. I then make the magnets with a process that includes sanding and painting. Drying time between layers mean the whole process can take several days.
WILL CHAPTERLILY BE OFFERING OTHER PRODUCTS?

HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia, with tracking via Australia Post.
CAN YOU SHIP BEFORE A SPECIFIC DATE?
No. Shipping arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.
DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS POST?
Yes, express shipping is available for an extra charge.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! Chapterlily ships outside Australia to the United States and the United Kingdom. Shipping is also available to Canada and New Zealand, but through the Chapterlily store on Etsy.
ARE THERE EXTRA CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
International orders may incur customs fees or duties. As Chapterlily charges in Australian Dollars (AUD), you may also be charged a currency conversion fee. All additional fees and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Wholesale & bulk orders
DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?
Chapterlily does not currently offer wholesale. But 'never' is a strong word! Stay tuned.
IS THERE A BULK PURCHASE DISCOUNT?
